We are proud to offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Each Jose Mollura handbag is crafted with care in our Amsterdam atelier, and we take great pride in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Times

Processing Time: Please allow 3-4 weeks for your piece to be made, as each piece is individually handcrafted to order in our Amsterdam atelier.
Estimated delivery time:
- Netherlands & EU: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery in real time.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@jose-mollura.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the process and provide any necessary documentation.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
Personalized or engraved items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Depending on the reason for the return and your location, you may be responsible for return postage as required by applicable law.

We assess each return request individually and work with you to find the most suitable solution—whether that’s a refund, repair, or exchange.
