My design process

Every bag begins with an idea—a desire to reshape what the fashion industry has already established. I don't follow patterns; I reimagine them. Late into the night, in the lower level of my atelier, I work with a large white cardboard sheet and a pencil, letting imagination take form.

From sketch to reality, the process is slow and deliberate. First, a paper prototype—simple, raw, a first breath of the design. Then, a functional prototype, one I wear and test myself, refining every detail until it feels just right. Only after this process does the final model come to life. Some designs take up to a month, because true craftsmanship cannot be rushed.

I believe my approach remains minimalistic—clean, precise, yet always unique. Every material, from the silk to the leather to the hardware, comes from Italy, sourced from mills and tanneries that uphold generations of quality. Some fabrics are woven by request, created exclusively for my vision.

Each bag is designed for daily life but elevated beyond the ordinary. No excess, no distractions—just thoughtful design, built to last, shaped by time.
