Your order

Can I personalize my order?

Yes, complimentary engraving is available. You can add your text on the product page before adding to cart — initials, a name, or something meaningful to you. We typically engrave in gold, on the back or strap where possible. Read more about our engraving service.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Our bags

Are the bags truly one-of-a-kind?

Yes! Each bag is uniquely designed and handcrafted by Jose Mollura himself—no two are ever the same.

What materials are used in the bags?

Most bags are made with premium Italian leather and top-quality fabrics.

Do the bags come with a warranty?

Absolutely. Every bag comes with a lifetime warranty against craftsmanship defects.

Shipping and returns

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not included — these are collected separately by your local customs office upon delivery.

Can I return or exchange a bag?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the bag is unused and in its original condition. Please note, custom and personalized orders are not eligible for returns.

Is shipping insured?

Yes, all shipments are fully insured to protect your piece in transit.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Not at the moment, but we’re exploring options to make our designs accessible to more customers.

You can do both. Visit our Amsterdam workshop to buy in person or shop our collections online.

Yes, Gift Cards are available and make a perfect gift for someone who values unique craftsmanship. Purchase a Gift Card.

Where is your store located?

We’re in the heart of Amsterdam, at Singel 276, 1016 AC, Amsterdam (just 5 minutes walk from the Dam Square). Stop by to experience our bags and the craft up close.

Can I meet Jose Mollura at the store?

Yes, Jose works directly in the showroom. You're welcome to visit us during our opening hours.

What are the opening hours?

You're welcome to visit us at Singel 276, Amsterdam.

We’re open on the following days:

Sunday: 11 am–5 pm
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10 am–6 pm
Wednesday: 10 am–6 pm
Thursday: 10 am–8 pm
Friday: 10 am–6 pm
Saturday: 10 am–6 pm
